Rank-and-filers on the frontlines at UPS are strengthening Teamster negotiating committees every single day. Jeff, a member of Local 294 in Albany, NY, is among many UPSers playing an active role at the bargaining table. He has witnessed the significant gains that have already been made in the first month of national negotiations.
"We're putting in the hours. We're working very hard – a lot of dialogue – and we're seeing progress. Most importantly, we're not seeing any concessions," Jeff said. "I know how hard our members – our full-timers and our part timers – work every single day."
