"One of the biggest issues in this contract that I'd like to see changed is the 22.4 go away," says Joe. "The company is using them as full-time package drivers and not what they were originally supposed to be used for – and paying them half what they pay us. In my 34 years, I've been through multiple contract negotiations and the communication on this contract has been much better than years past."
