0-32: Cavatina No. 13 in G major, Op. 172, No. 3: Giocoso (rallentato ed estenso) No. 2 for Music Box: “Angel (Music Box 1-Hour Version)”, GSO 309
After the good reception from the original "Angel," I realized that my girlfriend (for whom the piece was written) would do better off if it were covered by a music box, as she had grown accustomed to falling asleep to music boxes as a child. So, I rewrote the song, extended it to one hour, and gifted it to her so that she could repeat it on her phone and fall asleep to it whenever she wanted. So far, it has been a major success! I am currently rendering a 10-hour version so that anyone else may do the same here on YouTube. So... #musicbox #lullaby #sleepmusic
Originally, I desired the twentieth album (and therefore Phase V as a whole) be the beginning of the final compilations (that which is now called the Final Generation). The album cover featured a mirrored image of myself assuming a grandiose pose in a library in Seattle, Washington. However, with the conclusion of 19: Whisper and prospects of future pieces, I quickly realized the final compilations should not be numbered or tied with the numbering system (hence why they are now differentiated with Roman numerals instead of Arabic). The twentieth spot was reopened and immediately filled with the groundbreaking piece Onwards (finished on December 25, 2016), after which the album was named. The library cover was completely abandoned and replaced with a heavily value-inverted picture of a tree that had grown through a boulder.
All music was made with samples from Garritan's Personal Orchestra 4 and plugins from FL Studio.
