I'm Coming Home (Remix) || E.M.1 (2013) || House genre
1/15: Allegro forte con amore No. 1 for DAW in D major, Op. 35: “I’m Coming Home (Remix)”, GSO 77
This was not the first electronic piece I had written, but it was the first I deemed worthy of publicity. And it's a remix; like "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star," my first successful composition in this genre was an arrangement. If you listen to the particular samples used, you will notice they will continue to be used for about half the album. Nevertheless, I am more proud of this song than of the few that follow.
Album number 3--later known as Electronic Music 1 (E.M.1)--was the third album of the First Generation of music I had made, still under the stage name Tock. This album was my late attempt to hop onto the EDM bandwagon of 2012, when dubstep and electro house first seemed to become popular. However, I quickly learned how difficult it was to create this music, so after the album was completed, I returned to contemporary classical compositions for a couple more years. I estimate that every song on this album was made in 2013, as most of them had greatly similar traits that made their creations extremely easy. All music was created using FL Studio and its plugins.
