Kejimkujik National Park
September 6-9, 2023 -- I wasn't sure whether to head to Kejimkujik National Park as my plan was to follow the coastline around Nova Scotia; however, I am glad I did! I explored Mi’kmaw petroglyphs and canoe routes dating back thousands of years on ranger-guided tours. I also visited a traditional encampment area, learned about making birch bark canoes and experienced the night sky (the park is Nova Scotia’s only Dark-Sky Preserve). I had a blast.
