Pasta with zucchini and burrata

Ingredients:
300g pasta
2 zucchinis
1 burrata
3 cloves garlic
2 handfuls basil
Parmigiano cheese
Salt, pepper, olive oil
How to make it?
Grate the zucchini. In a large skillet, pour a generous amount of olive oil, add the garlic, and sauté over medium heat until lightly browned.
Add the zucchini and sauté until lightly browned and soft.
Place the zucchini in a blender along with the basil, burrata, 1/2 cup water, and a generous amount of salt and pepper. Blend everything together.
Cook the pasta until al dente.
Return the pasta to the previous pan and add the zucchini cream. Mix everything together and serve on plates.
