Fluffy chocolate cake
This cake is made by throwing all the ingredients into a blender! You have no excuse not to make it, especially since it's a chocolate cake, and who doesn't love chocolate?

-Ingredients:
300g cake flour
5 eggs
200g butter
120g sugar
80g granulated sugar
200g 3.2% milk
200g dark chocolate
16g baking powder
30g cocoa
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Powdered sugar for garnish
-How to make it:
Remove all ingredients to room temperature 45 minutes before using.
Add all ingredients to a large blender, mix gently with a spoon, and blend for 3 minutes at high speed.
Coat the pan with butter and flour. Pour in the mixture. Bake the whole thing in the oven at 165°C for 80 minutes.
