Bones of the dead (Cremonese)
These cookies are made in my area for All Saints' Day. They are bone-shaped to commemorate the bones of the deceased.
Ingredients:
200 g 00 flour
200 g fine corn flour for biscuits
1 sachet vanilla extract
1/2 sachet baking powder
170 g butter
2 egg yolks
100 g sugar
Milk to taste
