PEDs are awesome - or are they? Whenever I post a strength and conditioning breakdown, the comment section is flooded with PED accusations. Many fans seem to assume that every successful fighter is enhanced.

While it's hard to prove who's on PEDs and who's not, we actually have a very clear idea what they do, both good and bad. In this video, I explore the performance-enhancing effects and health risks of three of the most common PEDs: EPO, anabolic steroids and growth hormone.
