Welcome to our channel, where we're all about helping your strength, resilience and consistency with fitness. This time we are going to go into a little depth about what elements make up a good Steel Mace Flow.
With 3 years Steel Mace coaching and unofficial UK record holder for largest Steel Mace flow class 2023. I hope to have a rough idea on what qualifies as a decent Steel Mace Flow sequence. Backed up with being a Level 4 qualified Personal Trainer with 4 years in the trade, I would also hope I can shed light on what makes a good flow sequence for fitness.
Macebell use is growing in popularity around the world which is evidenced when being featured by:

To make a technically good flow I would say four categories should be accomplished being, Complexity, Fundamentals, Presence and Continuity. Whereas for a good flow for fitness largely depends on your goals. Are you after muscle development, high intensity or slow endurance? Most flows can cater to different fitness goals but there is no one-fits-all style.
