Neck and Shoulder stretches
Here are a few neck and shoulder stretches. I am going to do more videos on these areas soon and I’ll go into more detail and more stretches. The neck and shoulders are delicate areas so please be careful when stretching these muscles. Modify as needed and always listen to your body! Next video will be on how to touch your toes.
