R rotations properties
P for position properties

Command + Shift + C to recompose selected layers
Alt + / fit composition to window.
C for camera tool.
Steps
Create a new composition. Create a solid. Duplicate that solid. On the top solid add a grid effect and a glow effect. Then recompose those layers, check the 3D box button. Rotate it -90 degrees on the X axis. Use the position properties to bring in down on the Y axis until it reaches the button of your composition. Then use the type tool to create a text. Then check the 3D box on the text layer and position it right above the floor layer. Right click and setup a light and set its Z position further back to see all of the text. Go into the geometry options in the text layer and play around with the extrusion depth as well as the bevel properties. Lastly, right click and create a new camera. Click a stopwatch under the position properties for the camera and use the camera tool (C) to move the camera around.
Tricks/Tips: Make sure your renderer is set to Cinema 4D otherwise you won’t be able to extrude the text.
