Summary of Blender User Preferences
Launching User Preferences:

Found under Edit → Preferences or by pressing Ctrl + ,.
Allows configuration of Blender’s interface, system, inputs, and more.

Interface Tab:
Resolution Scale: Adjusts the size of fonts and interface elements.
