02 05 Building Chariot with Primitives

Opening and Preparing the File:

Open the 4core chariot.blend file.

Use Shift + S → Cursor to World Origin to reset the cursor position.
Creating the Chariot Structure:

Add a cone for the base and rotate it 45° along the Z-axis.
Adjust the front and rear axles and wheels by aligning them using the G + X and G + Y transformations.
Create pillars using cylinders and duplicate them with Alt + D to place them symmetrically.
Adding a Flag and Decorative Elements:

Create a flag pole and flag using cylinders and circles.
Use Join (Ctrl + P) to parent the flag to the pole and structure.
Create decorative cubes using Push/Pull and To Sphere transformations.
Parenting Objects for Animation:

Use Ctrl + P → Set Parent to Object (Keep Transform) to organize the structure.
Ensure all elements are properly parented to the base object for unified movement.
Animating the Chariot:

Set the animation range from 1 to 60 frames.
Add keyframes to the base object using I to record location at frame 1 and 60.
Rotate the front and rear axles by -350° along the Y-axis to simulate wheel rotation.
Aligning and Animating the Camera:

Use Align Active Camera to View for the desired camera position.
Add keyframes to the camera at frames 1 and 60 to adjust its movement during the animation.
Rendering the Animation:

Set the output format to FFmpeg Video.
Use Viewport Render Animation to generate the animation.
Save the video output as Chariot animation.mkv.
