Summary of Session on View Menu in Blender's Object Mode
Toolbar and Sidebar:

Use T to toggle the left toolbar and N to toggle the right sidebar.
Tool settings appear at the top and in the properties panel.
Frame and View Options:

Frame Selected: Focuses on the selected object (Shortcut: Numpad Period).
Frame All: Displays all objects in the scene (Shortcut: Home key).
Toggle Local View: Isolate an object for focused work (Shortcut: Numpad /).
Camera Controls:

Set Active Camera: Switch between multiple cameras (Shortcut: Ctrl + Numpad 0).
Align Camera to View: Aligns the camera to the current view (Shortcut: Ctrl + Alt + Numpad 0).
Lock Camera to View: Move the camera with the viewport while locked.
Navigation Shortcuts:

Rotate View: 4, 6, 8, 2 on the Numpad (or Shift + keys for precise rolling).
