Hi Neighbours, today I am sharing a nice and easy recipe from a 1979 Amish Country cookbook. It is so good. I really enjoy spending time with you and I hope you are all doing well. Below is the recipe written out for you and a link to the recipe as well that you can download and print if you like. I love sharing Amish recipes and other recipes weather they are baking or savoury or meals for 2 or for families of more than 2. Zucchini Bread
( An Amish Recipe )
2 Cup Sugar granulated
1 cup salad or vegetable oil
3 eggs (I used large)
Stir really well and then sift together
3 cup flour
1/4 baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Stir in with first mixture
Add:
2 cup grated raw zucchini
1 cup chopped nuts
put in greased bread 2 pans
Bake in 350℉ or 177-180℃ oven for 40-50 minutes
