Campbell's lemon chicken
Easy budget friendly crockpot recipe
With just a few ingredients you can have a delicious dinner for your self and your family
Slow cooker, crockpot recipe
2 cans Campbell's cream of chicken soup or you can use in 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon style mustard or you can use a deli mustard
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Eight large carrots, thickly sliced (not too thick) about 6 cups
Eight skinless, boneless chicken breast halves that's about 2 pounds or 907 g
8 cups cooked egg noodles
Grated Parmesan cheese
1. mix, soup, water, lemon juice, mustard, garlic powder, and carrots in a crockpot, slow cooker and add chicken turn to coat.
2. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours or until chicken is done and carrots are tender.
Serve over noodles sprinkle with cheese
Prep time, five minutes
Cook time 7 to 8 hours on low 4 to 5 our on high
