Cold Brew Coffee Recipe
*Ingredients:*
1 cup coarsely ground coffee beans
4 cups cold water
*Instructions:*
1. *Combine Coffee and Water:*
In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coarsely ground coffee beans and cold water.
Stir to ensure all the coffee grounds are saturated.
2. *Steep:* Cover the jar or pitcher and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
The longer it steeps, the stronger the coffee will be.
3. *Strain:* After steeping, strain the coffee using a fine-mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth or coffee filter, a nut milk bag, or a coffee filter. This will remove the coffee grounds and leave you with smooth cold brew concentrate.
4. *Serve:* Dilute the cold brew concentrate with water or milk to taste if you like.
Typically, a 1:1 ratio of cold brew to water/milk works well, but you can adjust it to your preference.
5. *Store:*
Keep the cold brew concentrate in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Zest of 1 orange (optional for extra flavour)

If using, add the orange zest and mix well.
2. **Pour into Molds:
** Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top to allow for expansion as they freeze.
3. *Insert Sticks:* If your molds don't come with built-in sticks, insert wooden sticks into the center of each mold when partly frozen..
4. *Freeze:*
Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully solid.
5. *Unmold:* To remove the creamsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them.
