Hi Neighbours,
today I thought I share a recipe for BBQ Beef Back Ribs.
BBQ Beef Back Ribs
Ingredients:
3-4 pounds beef back ribs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup beef broth
1 cup barbecue sauce of juice
1/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
#### Instructions:
1. **Prepare the Ribs**:
Season the beef back ribs with salt and pepper on both sides. If necessary, cut the ribs into sections to fit in your slow cooker.
2. **Mix the Sauce**:
In a bowl, combine the beef broth, barbecue sauce, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well.
3. **Layer the Ribs**:
Place the ribs in the foil pan for bbq. Pour the sauce mixture over the ribs, making sure they are well coated.
4. **Cook**:
Cover tightly with foil wrap and cook on low for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs at 325-350 ℉ or until the ribs are tender
5. **Optional Finishing Touch**:
If you prefer a caramelized finish, you can transfer the ribs the grill from the pan to allow them to carmelize a bit may only take a couple of minutes
6. **Serve**:
Serve the ribs with the sauce from pan drizzled on top.
Not:
you can thicken the sauce with a cornstartch slury at the end of cook time
