Typhoon Roke Rapidly Intensifying South of Japan
Typhoon Roke is rapidly strengthening tonight as it moves south of Japan. The storm is now a category 2 on the SSHS scale, and is expected to peak as a category 3 strength typhoon as it moves past the Daito Islands tonight. There is a very limited threat to Japan from this typhoon
