Peach Cobbler recipe

Hi neighbors, today we did a collaboration with 2 wonderful channels. We are making something to take to a BBQ I am doing dessert. I hope you enjoy the video as me and my son greatly appreciate you being here. Below are the ingredients you will need to make this. Please check out my friends homes and say hello. links below. Ingredients you will need Preheat oven to 375 f or 190 c

2 boxes of of the Pillsbury Pie crust as you will need 3 or another brand if you like
2 bags of frozen peaches 600 grams each
1/2 cup of peach juice
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of white granulated sugar ( sometimes you need more if peaches are not very sweet you can double the sugar)
2 tbsp. of lemon juice
2 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of cinnamon (you can also add a pinch of nutmeg)
1 stick of butter ( cut about 6 tbsp. of the butter stick for the sauce melting the other 2 tablespoons to brush the top of crust with before baking)
1 table spoon of corn starch to make a slurry with 1 tablespoon of water to thicken up the sauce

grease a 9x13 baking dish

Press 1 and 1/2 Pillsbury pie crust into bottom of the baking dish as seen in the video.
set aside

In a pot over medium heat add your peaches, peach juice, 6 table spoons of butter, your sugars, lemon juice, cinnamon, vanilla and bring it to a gentle boil. when all the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved add your cornstarch slurry let it thicken for a minute and turn off burner.

pour mixture into pan with pie crust
cut into strips the other half of remaining pie crust plus one more from your second box of Pillsbury pie crust and lay across top of your peaches in your dish

melt the left over 2 table spoons of butter and brush the top of your pie

Bake until Golden brown

Enjoy with ice-cream or cool whip
