Single-photon z-stack of labelled commercial tissue paper
This tissue is not very common in life science applications, but allows a simple and inexpensive reference probe as described by Olevsko et al.: z-stack of commercial tissue paper labelled with a fluorescent highlighter pen (single-photon setup, 20x, 0.75 NA, FOV 665 x 665 µm) - 395 nm (yellow); z-stack: 1 µm stepsize.
