We are very proud to announce our collaboration with Prof. Dr. Katharina Zimmermann and Stella Gaenger (PhD student) working on the N2B-patch (EU grant agreement No. 721098) project. This ground breaking project will develop a proof of concept for an intranasal nose-to-brain drug (N2B) delivery of therapeutic antibodies for multiple sclerosis (MS) treatment. Because the antibodies will applied on the direct transport route from the nasal cavity to the brain they can bypass the blood-brain barrier which would mean a big advantage comparing to the current routes of application.
