Multi-photon z-stack of cellular spheroid
Beautiful insight into a cellular spheroid made with our multi-photon setup: 16x, 0.8 NA, FOV 600 µm - 460 nm (Hoechst, blue) and 595 nm (Actin-Lifeact-RFP, red). You can see the DAPI stained cell nuclei (blue) and the Lifeact-RFP stained actin filaments (red).
Mouse fibroblasts stable expressing Lifeact-RFP (ibidi) were grown in ibidi bioinert dishes allowing to form spheroids for 4 days, fixed in Formaldehyde and stained with Hoechst.
