Primary cells isolated from nasal epithelium
Acetylated ß-tubulin of primary cells isolated from porcine nasal epithelium imaged with our multi-photon setup. ICC-stained primary cells from porcine olfactory epithelium - cell nuclei stained with DAPI and acetylated ß-tubulin stained with AF488.
Overlay of 460 nm (blue) and 542 nm (red) - (60x, 1.4 NA, FOV 80 µm, pixel size: 0.078 µm, z-stack: stepsize 0.1 µm).
