Multi-photon animation of dividing cell
This 3D animation shows a dividing cell embedded in a gel with fluorescent beads. It was imaged with our MPX-series multi-photon setup (60x, 1.4 NA, z-stack: stepsize 0.2 µm) - overlay of 542 nm (green), 595 nm (yellow) and 700 nm (red). Cell nuclei stained with mCherry, actin stained with Atto490LS and green-fluorescent beads.
