Udio entitled this song "Sous le ciel de Paris" (Under Paris Skies) same as the famous Piaf song. However, this is not based on that and the lyrics, while about Paris, are different.

I'm only a free user of Udio, but if you subscribe you can make it generate songs with your own lyrics, and you can also extend the clips you generate to build a song. If you pay the monthly 10/month, you can upload your own seeds, something you can do in the free version of Suno, but with Suno, the output quality is not nearly as good. I convert my Suno pieces to MIDI, which is a chore, because of conversion errors.
I did a little slicing and dicing in regular audio software (Audacity), because the original just started belting the main refrain, "Sous le ciel de Paris" and I wanted more of an intro.
Udio was started by four former researches from Google's DeepMind. Just sign up and you can use their free trial which is quite generous. Free users get 100 credits, and outputting a 2 minute piece takes about 2 credits. I recommend using Udio in the early morning or late night hours, as otherwise, you will be time-constricted and they'll just tell you your generation time is up. In 24 hours, you can use it again. Also it generates up to four times as fast in the odd hours compared to the busy hours in the US.
You can also generate more free credits for yourself by performing song choices, which song you prefer of two, to help train their model. The Udio site is well organized and hover icons help explain how things work. Keep in mind that after generating a clip, if you like it you can add middle parts to it, an intro, an outro, and there is some flexibility there.
Udio is a generative artificial intelligence model that produces music based on simple text prompts, example: piano, jazz, wild. It can generate vocals and instrumentation. If you want it to generate vocals, you can specify voice in the description. if you want a particular instrument, or set of instruments, put that in the description but be careful to also select "instrumental" in the selection below.
