Raindrop Interlude -- composed using AI
This sounds like it would make a good theme song for a TV series, maybe involving investigations. I composed it using a seed from Allegro Music Transformer, the simple-to-use Huggingface edition. The seed was expanded into 20 long continuations using Allegro Music Transformer (GitHub edition, "Original Version").
After reviewing the continuations, I used only one continuation to build the piece, and did a lot of work on it myself changing notes, etc.
Alex's Huggingface edition of Allegro Music Transformer is the simplest way to generate seeds, and since there is no sign up, or time limits, although sometimes it requests you take a break for a few minutes, if you use it for hours on end. It is the best way to generate seeds, between doing other thing in other tabs.
You can't have it open in two tabs to generate more efficient. You can, however, use a second computer and the Opera browser with the VPN feature on, and that way you can double your output. While listening to one, generate on the other.
I can listen to political commentary on YT in the background, while in the Huggingface tab, just keep generating seeds until I find something I like. You can save the MIDI by clicking on the small colored text in the bottom right, the lower right of the midi panel, which is at the bottom of the page. I size the page so I can see the whole thing and don't have to scroll up or down to save something.
Here is the link to Hugging Face's simple version of Alex's Allegro Music Transformer. It doesn't do continuations but it is great for seeds.
Besides generating original seeds, you can also write your own seeds (using MuseScore4), or select passages from existing music. However, if you want to generate original seeds using AI:
