MANCHEGO CHEESE & ROSEMARY MARTINI!! Gotta give credit to our friend Michael Mallow who has been infusing vodka with all sorts of genius combinations like this one! What combo should I try next?
Ingredients
8 ounces manchego cheese cut into cubes
1 large rosemary sprig
24 ounces vodka
Dry vermouth
-Add manchego cubes. rosemary, and vodka to a large mason jar. Seal tight and store in the fridge for 10 days.
-To make the martini add 2.5 ounces of infused vodka, 1/2 ounce vermouth to an ice filled shaker. Shake well and pour into a chilled glass.
-Store leftover infused vodka in the refrigerator.
