Do you have tight flexors? And the hip mobility exercise you are doing don’t seem to help?⁠

That’s because hip mobility exercise alone won’t fix tight hips flexors! You need to address what’s making them tight to begin with and that starts with lifestyle modifications!⁠

✅Sit less, stand more ⁠
❌Make sure your pelvis is not in an anterior pelvic tilt⁠
✅Elongate your spine ⁠
❌Don’t stand with your pelvis too far in front of your body ⁠
✅Shift the pelvis back to be directly over the ankles ⁠
