Hello Neighbours, Today I enjoyed making some not cook / no bake recipes I hope you enjoy. It is a collaboration Video with my friend Linda @Create with Linda Below is how I made the Italian Hoagies / Sub sandwiches and the peanut butter energy cookies / bars along with the salad.
Italian Sub / Hoagie
Italian Bread Roll or another soft yet chewy bread roll or sub bun / hoagie roll
cut roll but not all the way through and open
mayo both parts of inside of roll
lay slices of provolone overlapping each other
do same with three Italian slices of deli meat
first I did layer of
on top of provolone
layer of prosciutto
then layer of Capocollo
then layer of Genoa salami
top with shredded lettuce
slices of tomato
slices of onion
a wee bit not much salt
pepper
drizzle olive oil
drizzle red wine vinegar
and a bit of dried oregano
for the salad I made and adding some slices of red onion to this would be nice
Can of whole kernel corn washed and drained of juices 340 mls or 12 oz
can of six bean medley beans drained and washed as well 540 ml or 19 oz
1-2 diced up tomato
1/2 cup of salad dressing like an Italian or Greek feta

and chopped dill to tasted
salt and pepper to taste
For the energy cookies mix together the following

1/4 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans
1/4 of chopped or sliced almonds
1/4 cup of dried resins or cranberries
1/3 cup of liquid honey

you can add chocolate chips if you like
