Ingredients:
Pie base:
150g chocolate biscuits
75g melted butter
Pie filling:
500g ricotta
4 whole eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
300g cream or fresh cream
1/3 cup of sugar (60g)
250g hazelnut cream
50g hazelnut cream to blend the middle and top of the pie, or to taste (optional)
Pie topping:
150g fresh cream
Enough strawberries
Mold/baking pan dimensions: 21 × 10cm
