Delicious jaboticaba cake with lemon icing and natural coloring!
Ingredients
Cake dough:
2 cups of wheat flour (260g)
1 tablespoon cake baking powder (12g)
Pinch of salt
300g jabuticabas
3 whole eggs
1 cup of sugar (180g)
3/4 cup of oil (180ml)
Natural dye:
20 to 25 jabuticaba peels
Approximately 2 tablespoons of water
Lemon frosting:
100g icing sugar
Natural coloring to taste or until desired
Lemon juice to taste or until done
Cup capacity: 240ml
Mold/baking pan dimensions: 22 ×10cm
