Ingredients
Bread dough:
1/2 cup warm milk (120ml)
1/3 cup of sugar (60g)
1.1/2 teaspoon of dry organic yeast (7.5g) or (22.5g of fresh yeast)
2 whole eggs
Lemon zest
2 cups of wheat flour (260g)
Pinch of salt
30g of creamy butter or margarine
Filling/Covering:
2 medium apples
1/2 cup brown sugar (90g)
Cinnamon powder to taste
70g melted butter
Cup capacity: 240ml
Mold/baking pan dimensions: 21 × 6cm
