Typhoon Ruby (Hagupit) makes landfall on Samar - Update 12 (4am PHT, 12/07/14)
Typhoon Ruby made landfall on Samar a few hours ago, and is still a Category 3 typhoon with sustained winds of 115mph, and higher gusts. Due to the storm's slow movement, rainfall could be a more serious problem than the storm's winds, and is expected to affect Masbate and southern Luzon as a typhoon.
