Easy Crockpot Orange Chicken Recipe / Slow cooker Campbell's Cookbook Recipes
Orange chicken with green onion and walnuts
Happy Sunday neighbors. I'm so happy to be here to hang with you in my kitchen and make this delicious crockpot recipe from a cookbook. A friend sent me some cookbooks she is from Arizona. Her name is Shelly and she's a really nice lady. I love her so much and it was very kind of her to send this to me in the mail so I am going to do a series on some crockpot recipes this month from this cookbook. I hope you enjoy. I'll be here every Sunday sharing recipes from cookbooks and from my family. I also upload during the week vlogs and, recipes along with many other things. I hope that you join my channel and become my neighbour
take care below the recipe

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup of Swanson chicken or natural goodness chicken broth
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup orange marmalade
4 green onions, sliced (about a half a cup)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
8 skinless boneless chicken thighs boat 2 pounds
1/2 cup walnut pieces
Hot cooked rice
Mix broth, teriyaki sauce, garlic, marmalade, 1/4 cup green onions and cornstarch in a 6 quart slow cooker. Add chicken and turn to coat.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours or until chicken is no longer pink. Sprinkle with walnuts and remaining green onions before serving. Serve with rice.
You can cook it on for about four hours
I find that today's crockpots you don't really need to cook as long as these old recipes say so just keep an eye on it because your crockpot is probably a lot stronger and heats up better than the older crockpots
Recess peeking! Every time slow cooker lid is lifted heat escapes. Add about 15 to 20 minutes sometimes even 30 minutes. You will need to add to the total cook time.
