How do you compete with “funeral brokers”, who have no overheads, and pay for bodies?
Answer:
• I’m not sure how to answer this as I don’t have any experience with funeral brokers
• Is it acceptable in your jurisdiction to pay for first calls? Who are they paying?
• It would be important to key on who the decision-maker is and communicate with them – such as showing the value between what you offer vs. the few things that they offer
