For the sauce this is per pound 450 grams or even up to 1 1/2 pounds or 680 grams

1/4 cup maynassie
3/4 cup thousand island
1/4 cup diced up dill pickle (if you prefer you can add sweet relish instead using same amount)
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of onion powder
1/4 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of salt (or you can salt and pepper to taste)

For the beef per 1 lb or 450 grams or so
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
1 diced yellow onion (I usually add this 1/2 way or 3/4 way threw the cooking time of beef so the onion still has a bit of bite to it like you would on a burger but it isn't completely raw. But you can add it to your sauce if you like it completely raw or add it to beef at start of it frying if you like the onion cooked)

Method
Fry up your ground beef with your seasonings and add onion when beef is half way or most of the way done or do any of the suggestions mentioned.

mix your sauce together and add to your cooked beef and heat through and boom done.
Put in-between sesame seed bun top the way you enjoy.
