I just want to say thank you so much for your support and friendship. You are truly a wonderful part of my life. In this video we made one of my Mom's favorite things to eat. She loved her fried chicken. She also loved blueberries so we made some blueberry pie from Parnell the Chef his page I will have a link below and link to chicken recipe I used today.
Linda at Create with Linda and I decided we would like to do a recipe a month together and sometimes twice a month if we can.

The fried chicken recipe I found online but forget the link but know the recipe so here it is
For 10-14 pieces of chicken
Marinade chicken for a 1-4 hours in ( or you can marinade over night in buttermilk and add eggs a wee bit before you start)
1 liter of Buttermilk
3 eggs
2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of salt
1/2 tablespoon of dried thyme
1/2 tablespoon of dried basil
1 tablespoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon mustard powder
2 tablespoons of paprika
2 tablespoons garlic salt
1 tablespoon powdered ginger
1 table spoon of white pepper
