A well-rounded yoga practice to wake up the body and leave you feeling open and energized. Start slow and stretchy with supported, hip-focused poses and lower-body stretches, then find a burst of energy built through a strong, feel-good vinyasa flow. A great practice first thing in the morning, or any time you need a mid-day pick-me-up.
We'll use a yoga block (or pillow, or whatever you have access to) to support our pelvis and hips, and a strap to loop around the foot and open the legs. If you don't have props, it's ok! You can do all the same things without them.
Props: 1 block, strap
