Google Business Profile Managed Directly in Search
Google rolled out management of Google Business Profile/Google My Business listings directly in Search Engine Results Pages (SERP) recently. To manage your business profile, which also appears in Google Maps, simply search for your business name while logged in under the Google email address managing the profile, it should pop up in search. Any edits can be done directly there. This will be replacing the profile management screen that was located at business.google.com . The new name for this is the New Merchant Experience (NMX). Once the old Google My Business dashboards are eliminated, business.google.com will forward to your business in search listings with the Knowledge Graph appearing on the right sidebar (in desktop view).
