Hi Neighbors,
today we made a really budget friendly meal that can be made very quickly for a weeknight meal.
This sauce is so easy and fast to come together and so much flavor. My Friend Linda is doing budget meal as well. Here are the few things you need to make this recipe. Also some links to some sights below.
Ingredients
PUTTANESCA SAUCE

10 Minutes- 13 Minutes
450g or 1 lbs. Spaghetti (use a dry, long pasta) OR Penne
6x Anchovies in olive oil
3 tablespoon of capers that have been rinsed well
2-4 garlic cloves crushed/ minced fine
Black pitted olives as many or as little as you like
1 tin about 26-28 oz peeled tomatoes (or a generous amount of juicy cherry tomatoes)
Bunch fresh parsley
Salt for pasta water
Extra virgin olive oil
