How to Make Crème Brûlée (Vanilla, Coffee, and Amaretto)

Today I am showing you how to make 3 different flavors of crème brûlée: vanilla, coffee, and amaretto. Each of the flavors was so delicious and I can't wait to you all to try it for yourselves.

Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar + more for topping
Flavoring:
1 tsp vanilla extract
OR
2 tbsp instant coffee
OR
1 tsp almond extract
2 tbsp amaretto liqueur
