3 Hot Drinks Made With Cardamom
Hey Everyone,
I got these wonderful green cardamom pods for Christmas and I just had to make a video with a few recipes featuring them. Each one has a completely unique flavor, but the taste of cardamom ties them all together.

Turkish Coffee Recipe:
2 cups water
2-4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp extra fine ground coffee
2-4 green cardamom pods (1/4 tsp ground cardamom)
Cardamom Hot Cocoa:
2 cups of milk
8 green cardamom pods (1/2 tsp ground cardamom)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper (optional)
Masala Chai:
2 cups water
30 green cardamom pods (1 tbsp ground cardamom)
12 whole cloves
2-3 star anise
2 tsp whole black peppercorns
1 stick cinnamon (1 tbsp ground cinnamon)
2 tbsp loose leaf black tea
2 tbsp sugar
2 cups milk
