How to Make Kronk's Spinach Puffs - 100 Subscriber Special + 1 Year Anniversary!
Hey Everyone,
Today I'm showing you how to make Kronk's spinach puffs from the Emperor's New Groove. This is one of my favorite movies and it never fails to get a chuckle out of me every time I watch it. Kronk's spinach puffs are such a recognizable part of the film and I have always wanted to try making them for myself. These spinach puffs turned out amazing and I can't wait for you all to try them as well.
Ingredients:
2 sheets puff pastry (cut into triangles)
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 yellow onion
6 cloves of garlic
3-4 tbsp dill
6 cups spinach (chopping optional)
8 oz cream cheese (1 package)
1 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 egg yolks +1 egg for egg wash
1 vial extract of llama ( just kidding ;) )
