How to Make Cream Puffs
Hey Everyone,
Today I'm showing you how to make cream puffs. They are so delicious and the filling is so smooth and creamy. I used to write them off as too difficult for me to make, but the recipe was actually very easy to follow.
Ingredients:
For the dough:
1 cup water
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2 tsp sugar
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1 egg (for the egg wash)
For the Filling:
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup sugar
5 egg yolks
3 tbs sugar
3 tbs corn starch
4 tbs butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
