This Vizrt News Banner Animation tutorial will expand upon the previous video and animate the banner on.
Though this video demonstrates how to animate each individual container on separately, you can animate the parent group of each group instead if you wish. When it comes to creating animations you'll want to pay attention to the center points of each container or object. Some primitives, like the Noggi, have there own built in axis points that you can set. For instance instead of using the left axis point in the transformation editor you could use the Left axis within the Noggi editor itself.
