Here is a howto video showing how to install the Dell OEM version of WinME onto 86Box using the Dell Hannibal + motherboard. I will be very honest though. I could replace this video with a a howto video showing how to install the standard retail version of WinME, and you probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference. There is very little, if any difference between the Dell OEM disc and the Microsoft WinME retail one. The installation is very uneventful. All the hardware assigned to it should be able to be detected automatically, along with drivers.
If you want a more "Dell" experience, I would just recommend doing the Win98 Dell install, and then run the WinME upgrade on top of it afterwards.
