As the title implies, it's now time to burn rubber with Sega Rally 2 in 86Box. The original arcade version of the game, developed by Sega AM Annex for the Model 3 arcade hardware, it was later ported to Windows and released in September 2000. Gameplay-wise, there isn't much to say about the game though. It plays well. You race in a rally car through various tracks, with obstacles, sharp turns, and a lot of rough racing over harsh terrain, something you would expect from rally racing video games. However, it was very enjoyable, and it ran well on 86Box too.

86Box is emulating a multimedia PC with Shuttle HOT-557 Socket 7 (Daul Voltage) i430VX motherboard, IDT WinChip2 Processor running at 233MHz with 64MB's of RAM. Also installed is a 3DFX Voodoo 3 1000 Accelerator with Windows running at the screen resolution of 640 by 480, 16-bit color depth. Also installed is a Creative Labs SoundBlaster AWE32 for audio and an AMD PCnet-FAST III NIC installed for networking support. The Dell OEM version of Windows 98 is installed.
