Three outtakes from the six years of Always Ants
Not every video works out to my liking, but I try to not throw away clips that could still work. Sometimes I misspoke, or the clip seemed too short, had too little info, or simply fell flat. The unpublishable outtakes are basically what you'd see in the Winnebago Man outtakes. There would be lots and lots of bleeps.
The three states of the West Coast are represented, and thankfully there are no ants in any clips (but they aren't bug-free!). First we take a visit to the Punta Gorda Lighthouse in northern California's King Range Wilderness in 2018, then we stop off on the trail for a Columbia Gorge vista near Catherine Creek in Washington, again in 2018, and finally we drive through a grasshopper swarm in eastern Oregon in 2022.
Thank you for joining us (me and the ants) for all these five-plus years of outdoor adventures, and hopefully the next five will offer just as many more adventures and experiences!
